Terms of Service

By using marvelvista.ai(the “Site”) or the Marvel Vista mobile applications (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the App.

Marvel Vista is an AI-assisted travel planning application that generates itineraries, stores documents on-device, and lets you share trips. The Site is a public information site about the App.

The App uses anonymous authentication by default. You are responsible for safeguarding access to the device on which the App is installed. We are not responsible for loss of locally-stored data caused by device loss, reset, or uninstall.

• Do not use the Site or App to violate any law or third-party right.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

Itineraries and recommendations produced by the App are generated by an AI model. They may contain inaccuracies, including outdated opening hours, prices, or addresses. Always verify critical information (visas, transport, reservations) with official sources before traveling.

Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Cancellations and refunds are handled through those storefronts. Marvel Vista does not see your payment details.

The Marvel Vista name, logo, and Site/App content are owned by Marvel Vista. You retain ownership of itineraries you create. Shared itineraries you publish are visible to anyone with the link.

The Site and App are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Travel involves risk; Marvel Vista is a planning aid, not a travel agent or insurer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marvel Vista is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Gatos, California, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
