Marvel Vista TMS

Your systems end at the booking. The trip starts there.

Marvel Vista is the trip-delivery layer — the part of the journey your booking engine, your CRM and your back office were never built to own. Give the Travel Management System the confirmations you already receive and it assembles the whole trip. Your agent reviews it, your agency’s brand goes on it, and the traveler carries it on a live web and mobile itinerary that works with no signal.

Access is by invitation. Sign in with your whitelisted email address — your agency admin invites your seat.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload

Drop in the client’s confirmations — flights, hotels, cruise, rail, tours. The extraction engine reads them and works out where the trip actually goes, stop by stop.

  2. 2

    Review

Your agent reviews the assembled draft: the stops, the dates, the days in each place, and everything the engine enriched. Nothing reaches the client that a person hasn’t approved.

  3. 3

    Deliver

Share the finished journey. The traveler opens it in any browser or imports it into the app — carrying your agency’s name, logo, and colours.

What the TMS gives your agency

Nothing to integrate

The input is the booking document, not an API. Confirmations and vouchers are what every travel platform emits — so there is nothing to build, nothing to certify, and nothing that breaks when you change systems.

The documents are the itinerary

Not an import that drops items onto a page your agent still has to arrange. The engine works out the trip itself: which places the client is present in, for how long, in what order.

Your agent reviews, rather than builds

Every trip stays a draft until an agent approves it, stop by stop. Human judgement is spent on the parts that need it, not on re-typing dates and confirmation numbers.

Built for multi-stop and cruise

Ports are mapped stops, not lines in a schedule — with the ship, the sea days and the day ashore modelled as part of the trip rather than pasted in as supplier content.

Your agency’s brand, your oversight

One shared agency brand — name, logo, colours, socials — on everything your agents publish. Admins invite seats on any email address and see every trip from one workspace.

A trip, not a PDF

The traveler gets a live itinerary with maps, reminders, an encrypted document vault, and guidance for each destination — usable on the plane and in dead zones, and updated when your agent re-syncs.

Who it’s for

  • Agencies and franchise offices whose systems stop at the confirmed booking — and whose clients then travel on a folder of PDFs.
  • Cruise specialists: multi-port sailings, several suppliers, and a day ashore the client has to plan alone.
  • Anyone who has been told to wait for a platform review. This one does not depend on the platform, so the review does not decide it.
